Returns & Warranty

Warranty length is listed on each product page — typically 12 months on new phones and laptops, and 6 months on selected accessories. Warranty covers manufacturing faults only.

Physical damage, liquid damage, cracked screens, burnt charging ports, and damage from unofficial repairs or non-genuine chargers are not covered.

A wrong or faulty item can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in its original box with all accessories. Software setup issues are not a fault — bring the device in and we will help you configure it.
