Delivery Information

Delivery inside Mogadishu is $2, and free on orders over $100. Hargeisa, Bosaso, Kismayo, Galkayo and Baidoa are $5. Other locations are quoted at $8.

The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Mogadishu orders confirmed before the afternoon are usually delivered the same day. Other cities take 2–5 days depending on transport.

Street addresses are not always enough, so the checkout asks for a nearest landmark. Please add one and keep the phone you ordered with switched on — our rider will call before arriving.

You may open and check the item in front of the rider. If the wrong item was sent, refuse delivery and contact us the same day.
