What we collect
Your name, phone number, delivery address and — if you create an account — your email. For mobile-money payments we also store the transaction reference you enter so we can verify your payment.
How we use it
Only to process, deliver and support your orders. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
Payment details
We never see or store your mobile-money PIN. You pay from your own wallet and share only the transaction reference.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account information at any time by calling +252 61 000 0000. Records attached to completed orders are kept for our accounts.
